Stuffed Dates have been a nutritious treat in the Middle East for centuries, and their popularity has spread worldwide. Traditionally, the dates are stuffed with marzipan, a sweetened almond paste, or whole almonds or pistachios can be stuffed inside dates after the pits have been removed. Since we are serving Stuffed Dates with the Cheese Platter, we will use a mild cream cheese, scented with honey and orange, to complement the other cheeses.
