Lemon Curd is a sweet, tart and creamy custard-like creation that has been a staple of British Afternoon tea for decades. Commercial versions are readily available, but making your own is easy and satisfying. The most traditional use for Lemon Curd is to spread it on the middle of a scone that has been gently pulled apart by hand.
